Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
BenchmarkPrep is built to collect as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
What stays in your browser
Your test progress, scratchpad notes and any licence keys you enter are saved in your own browser's local storage, so you can resume a test and keep your packs unlocked. This data isn't sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Licence keys
When you enter a licence key, it is sent to our server, which checks it with Lemon Squeezy to confirm what you've bought. We don't store your key or link it to your browsing.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process your order and send your licence key. We receive order details (such as your name, email and what you bought) so we can provide support. We never see your full card details. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how fast pages load. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build a profile of you. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and which country they came from.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@benchmarkprep.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
